Analyst: undergraduates or recent grads are eligible.  Analysts do in depth research for case work and marketing material and are critical in putting together presentations and analytical models.  Competence with Excel and Powerpoint are essential. The learning curve is accelerated by the immediate client facing roles and Cost & Capital emphasis on 
classroom training, and rapid promotion is available for high performers.

Consultant / Senior Consultant: candidates with one to four years of experience in a business field are eligible.  In addition to the skills of an Analyst, Consultants are expected to generate and follow up on new ideas, begin to engage the client, and develop junior resources. Consultants begin to develop depth in industries and functional areas and contribute to training modules and Cost & Capital white papers.



Manager: candidates with four or more years of experience or with an advanced degree are eligible.  Managers lead the project team during client engagement. They are responsible for directing the flow of the project, engaging the client regularly, and developing junior resources. They should be subject matter experts in a few areas. Managers are also involved in Sales and Marketing, both identifying new opportunities at current clients and initiating new potential clients.



Partner: candidates that have held leadership roles in consulting, finance, or industry are eligible.  Depth of practical knowledge, experience managing multiple large workstreams, and a vision of how to immediately make an impact are required.
